Level Chicago - Old Town Hotel

The location was perfect for exploring local bars and restaurants, and we enjoyed watching the Chicago Marathon right from our place. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. Definitely a great spot for a friendly getaway!

We faced an issue with the staff regarding the number of keys we could get for our group. We were initially limited to one key, made things a bit inconvenient until they finally accommodated us with three.

The hotel's position was amazing and fantastic close to restaurants and bars. The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful at all levels...

I loved the spacious Two Bedroom Junior Beautiful Suite and the fantastic heated swimming pool was a highlight of my stay! Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day felt amazing. The only minor hiccup was that our room wasn't ready on time, but it didn't really affect our fun 😊

Beautiful hotel, welcoming staff, stunning location near everything. Location short walk to a beautiful establishment. Nearby Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse - great place to chill out. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Smooth check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. No charge for laundry and ironing too.

Loved my suite with a balcony and dishwasher, for example. My room included a fridge and a stove.

Layout of the suite. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, but we faced some delays in getting extra towels. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions.

The location was prime, right on the route, and we could step out to cheer the runners anytime.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the comfort we got, it was still worth it.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

The rooftop pool with views of the Chicago skyline was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring! We loved having a fully equipped kitchen in our Beautiful Suite-great for family dinners. Plus, the nearby grocery stores and local restaurants.

The 8th-floor amenities were fantastic, especially the sauna and steam room. My kids loved playing basketball, and the game room provided great entertainment for our family.

I had such an amazing stay! The spacious living area was perfect for our family vibe, and the kids really loved the game area with skeeball and darts. Plus, the kitchen was well-stocked for easy meal prep on our busy days! I would definitely choose this place again.

the tv took forever to work. the pool was packed with kids. we loved the rooftop games. the grocery store right around the corner made life easier.

The One-Bedroom Suite was pretty spacious and felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The kitchen had all the essentials, which really made it easier to grab snacks or cook meals. The bed was hella comfortable, and the vibe was chill. I did wish there were better views, especially since I expected something more. It was a good experience in terms of space and comfort, just not super excellent in other areas.
